What we need from you?

Your Role:

  • Maintain copier machine on customer site.
  • Cooperate with technical service team.
  • To ensure service jobs are properly recorded in Service Reports.
  • To manage own scheduling.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest technologies Widget.

Job Requirements:

  • Looking for SPM / VOKASIONAL / DIPLOMA candidates (Certification in IT / Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electrical & Electronic course will be an added advantage)
  • Possess own transport with valid driving license.
  • Basic Knowledge in IT Networking will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates with good attitude, discipline and responsible.
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaya, English
  • Great communication skills will be an added advantage.
  • Able To work independently with minimum supervision.

Your Role:

  • Responsible for proper arrangement, identification and monitor spare part update info and balance storage.
  • Receive and checking all the spare part tally with actual and purchase order (PO) and delivery order (DO).
  • Checking and ensure spare parts tally with system.
  • Count and update for inventory accurately during inventory day.
  • Ensure all stock items in store are kept in proper, clean and tidy arranged in orderly at the designated shelf and area.
  • Ensure all documentation are properly filed and retrievable.
  • Any other tasks assigned by superior or management.

  • To carry out maintenance, repair and recon on copier machines.
  • To report HOD of unusual repair problems which will require major repair and replacement parts recommendation.
  • To complete work order for each copier machine and unit services.
  • Keep the store house clean. Sweep, mop and other maintenance work required.
  • Do the task assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

Your Role:

  • Responsible to oversee on the smooth running of department operation.
  • Monitor, Control & Improve operation process, as well on monitoring inventory level.
  • Provide solution on operation issues with effective manner.
  • Review the performance KPI’s , OKR and operating expenses.
  • Monitor quality improvement and improve process down time.
  • To lead, supervise and inspire the team to increase work productivity and discipline.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in the relevant field is required for this position.

  • Preferably Senior Executive/Manager specialized in operation.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision.
